ViaNiños
UBECI is proud to have formed an alliance with ViaNiños; a non-profit association working for needy children, adolescents and their families in Ecuador. Our goal is to give the Ecuadorian children who work on the street a better future.
Our local partners are training and care facilities founded by Ecuadorians and run by Ecuadorians. We support our partners financially, through strategic consulting and the placement of volunteers.
ViaNiños was founded in 2003 by three former volunteers in Munich, who had met in Quito. The association is still run by former volunteers. In October 2008, a sister club in the UK and in May 2009 another sister club in Switzerland were founded. ViaNiños is dependent on your support – please help as a donor or as a volunteer to help the street children of Ecuador have a better future. Many Thanks!

North America
UBECI North America (UNA) is a partner organization to the UBECI Foundation located in the United States. UBECI North America is a fundraising group run by UBECI volunteer alumni out of Boston and Washington D.C. These alumni are continuing to contribute their time to UBECI after returning home to the U.S. UBECI North America is a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
About the Director:
Jeff Loeb started UBECI North America in 2008 after returning from volunteering with UBECI in Quito for only two weeks. Jeff was incredibly inspired by the work UBECI was completing and wanted to do more! Jeff created UBECI North America to band together UBECI alumni in the United States to support UBECI financially from overseas.
